go back to last restore point in safe mode win xp

I'm in safe mode command prompt and I put in c: windows syst em32 restore rstrui.exe. (the spaces are forward slashes). .... didn't work

I have the blue screen. I can only get in in safe mode, but safe mode won't let me go to system restore. So I was trying to go in safe mode & choose comand prompt, hopeing I could get to system restore that way. But I don't have any idea what command to type in. I was hopeing someone would help me
