My dell home computer when turned on goes to safe mode. I can't get it to work. Do I need to reboot? I have the 3 discs that came with it.

If at all possible, you want to back up your data. You can do this from with Safe Mode or you can take the hard drive from the computer and connect it to another one and copy the data that way.

Once your data is safe, you can use the Factory Restore disks which came with your computer to reinstall/configure Windows.

Bring up the Run Command, type in  msconfig  when screen comes up go up to and click on boot tab

then scroll down to safe boot and Uncheck it. See if that does it.
