If its been a really long time since the phone was wet, you might be able to restore it. You detailed what the phone is doing pretty good, but there are a little more details we might need in order to help. Yea your probably going to have to get a new phone, but considering it actually ran a system test, there might be hope. I dropped my android in water once, and it took a good couple days until it dried completely. Fish Insulin ELISA Kit The moisture in your phone is going to take a while to completely evaporate. So give your phone a solid couple days to dry completely. Leave it somewhere dry without the battery and back on. After that download the software to restore your phones firmware. Cause that's what the exclamation mark is. So follow the instructions on the software, and let your phone restore completely. Then it should work good! Restoring it is free and it's a lot better to try that than buying a new phone haha. If it doesn't work after restore, then I'm afraid you need a new phone haha. MAKE SURE you backup the phone before restoring though, so you get to keep all your pictures and everything. Hope that helps!! :)
