i forgot my password and can't get into my Dell E1405 laptop

How can I reset my password for mt DellE1405 laptop..I forogot the password.  when I turn on it display: This computer system, #J3V8GC1-595B, is protected by a password authentication system. Can anybody help me???

Password Authentication System "Protection"?..CAKE!!!..Turn your stolen Device off for 10 seconds..restart..but this time whenever You see the start button light go green quickly hit (F1-Alt-Enter) at the same time Hit the F1 and Alt at the same rithm and then Enter,,like in a piano playing mod e Sequenced right after each other..that will popupa secret Section wich is the brain of the u gadget,there you will go to settings or administratoro then password then reset in the spacebar that will be the old one but you maynot be able To see it in numbers but this (********)
