how do i recover my windows 7 starter installer from my asus netbook

my netbook was originally widows 7 starter but upgraded to windows 7 ultimate but not genuine

If the utility was over-written/erased when the "upgrade" was performed, then the only way would be to get the install image from Asus again. You can try searching for the model of netbook and "factory restore" and follow those directions to see if the utility is till intact, but there are no guarantees.
