What is this new drive on my Dell/windows 8.1 " \\?\Volume(6259df10-4af0-4931-b9c1-14cb85c7c2b5)\"

It just appeared in the recent past.  Computer was slow so I was defraging and saw this drive for the first time.  It's also 95% Fragmented.  How, 1. do I know WHAT it is, 2. Get rid of it, 3. Defrag it if it needs to stay????  AND Thanks to anyone who Helps Me!!
