The computer was handed to me by a colleague who was not using is and he had forgotten the password.

Go to control panel - user account-  got to remove password- enter ur current password qnd select remove password,(for windows & user.

For (XP)

-Go to change password

- just enter the old password

-leave the portion for new password enpty,

-save and thats it,

Hello! if you do not remember your password is a problem. but if you have another server or user you can fix it as follows: select the main page called Start, then select user equipment and go to privacy. in privacy you will find a series of folders on your computer. one will be the category of passwords. select change password and change it to your liking.
