"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

 

Does anyone know how I can get around this issue?  Explorer isn't working either.  I am using

hubby's laptop to write this.

Deleted Cyberlink Youcam, fixed the problem instantly.  Got the idea off the chrome forum.
