my phone is not responding it's not even 2months old. I beleive i was sold a defective phone

Oct. 8th I paid my bill. Oct. 9 it did not respond. No I did not drop it. I took it back to the store that i purchased it from and they told me to get in touch with you after reseting the phone and still no response.

at a time the phone was responding to wherever it wanted to go when i wanted to somewhere else. It allows me to receive phone calls. I can't make any. I can only use the keyboard for certain letters. My phone number is 917 891-2041
