how get back hotmail password

Hi forgot my hotmail password.I set up alternative email which password was same as hotmail account.now can't recover both of them .forgot secret question as well. I wrote to windows live support they asked me filled the form which I did and was not successful.pleas anybody help me to get my hotmail account back. Many thanks
