How do I install updates for my NEXT9P nextbook?

I have been trying to research how to update my NEXT9P nextbook due to its slow speed and lag issues, but I can't find any support on the NEXT9P models.  I really need to improve the Firmware and speed.  For some reason, it lists every other type of nextbook online except for the NEXT9P model.  Can you help me?
