how do I restore factory setting of my mobile ZH&K Z99 while I forgot security code ?

How do I reset factory settings in my ZH&K Z99 while i forgot the password.

I can't logg in in my facebook account in my phone, account not recognise.

My phone cannot load image ( Unsupported script in content message error.

Please help me....
