You will need to perform a factory reset. If it has a physical home button, I believe the instructions are:
Press and hold the power button, volume up, and the home key..
If not, the instructions are:
Press and hold the power button, volume up, volume down
If that doesn't work, then search the net for hard rest instructions for your tablet.
