It so happen that the Fabtab7 qadro instantly shutdown can i have my warranty,please?

Good evening.Just want to ask about the smart bro fabtab7 quadro promo i received last may 8/2014. It so happen that as i received this item,the tablet was instantly shutdown and was not able to switch it on again.And i have a warranty card here telling that i have a warranty for 1 year.please email me as soon as possible if it is possible to claim my warranty.Thank you.i will kindly wait your responce.
