How do I delete photos from my iPad that were originally transferred from my PC?

I added images to my iPad en bloc from my PC and lots of them are duplicates or just not good photos so I want to delete them. However, I can't find a way to do this.

You cannot delete them however you can in sync them. You can do this by connecting the device to your computer, open iTunes, click on your device, select photos and uncheck the box, then start the syncing process and the photos will be removed. If there are photos you want on there you can select the ones you want on before syncing
