now my computer does not have password to protect all of the system yet can you help me to find the way to make system protect password, I do not want any one login my computer after I turn it off sofa

Your options for passwords are only user specific, your only option is to go to the control panel>user accounts>delete any accounts besides yours and admin(your account may be a admin) and set a password on it, by doing this your system would be only accessible to you, you can also go into your bios and disable other boot process and lock the bios with a password, this would make it where only those with the password could get on and make your system completely secure.

In Control Panel, open Users. For any users on the system, add a password. They will require whatever password you set in order to log on.

As noted, you can also set a BIOS - power on password, However, if and when you get rid of the machine, be sure you remove the BIOS password.
