unable to paste or create a new folder and file in removable disk drive(pen drive)

I am unable to paste or create a new folder and file in removable  disk drive(pen drive). the message shows about administrator permission. while all drives are working properly  many more pen drives are used but the same problem occurs.

Try taking ownership of the drive under Windows. Also, right click on the drive, choose "Properties" and make sure that it isn't marked Read Only.
