How do I reinstall Office 2013?

OS=Win7 64bit. Newly installed Office 2013 and Outlook appears to be corrupted, repeatedly sending the same e-mail over and over. I want to remove Off 2013 and reinstall it. It was purchased and downloaded on-line, and I have no "download file" or any reference info.

Go to control panel then click on program and features then there is list of programs see ms office and remove it
