Most have a backup battery that you can take out and sometimes that will reset the password.  You might have to find it on your model and take it out and leave it out for a few hours then put it back in.  That should reset it for you.

The easiest way of changing Windows password is to use the command prompt:
1. Open an evaluated command prompt.
2. Enter the following command to change your use password:
net user <username> <password>
Replace the <username> with the name of your Windows account, and <password> with your actual password.

This methods requires you being able to log in to Windows as administrator account. If you forgot your admin password, then you can need to use some third party software such as Windows Password Recovery Tool Ultimate to change your login password. Follow the video tutorial with step-by-step guide!
