How do i hide an individual photo that I am tagged in on Facebook?

A friend uploaded a photo of me and I've been tagged. 
The photo can currently be seen by all my 'Friends'. But I would like that photo to not be seen by any of my 'friends', without removing my tag from the photo. 

I am a new user of facebook, and I'm having trouble finding out how to do it. Would really appreciate some help
