First, you should have the School Organization Chart infornt of you , from that you can view the positions accordingly start with the job description , for example ; you have the English Teacher: 

Job Summary:

it's optional you may wirte the propuse of this job the easiest way to write it is to answer the question ‘why does this job exist?’ To educate ...etc

Reports to:Principle / the Head of Unite

Job Duties/description:

1) Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.

2) Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others.

3) Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.

Position requirments:

1) Geography -- Knowledge of principles and methods for describing the features of land, sea, and air masses, including their physical characteristics, locations, interrelationships, and distribution of plant, animal, and human life.

2) English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

3) Education and Training -- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
