my htc one camera is not responding when i'm taking a photo .. the view is fixed !!

My htc one phone has an issue in its camera !! Yrsterday i was taking a photo as usual but the camera make the view fixed before i take the photo .. i don't know what happened !! How i fix the camera .. help me please
