Is your adapter ok? Is so you can plug it into your pc and back up files then formatthe card and then you can put all your files back on... (backing up your fles is imporant otherwise you lose everything) & fyi... if you have apps you will need to reinstall them

Try reading the card from a computer and, if you don't initially see the data, before you do anything that might write to the card, try using a data recovery tool. Recuva by Piriform works well as does EaseUS's Data Recovery Wizard. In addition a quick search will provide you with some recovery tools specific to memory cards.
