do i need IMJPMIG.exe on startup

I had a look at the list in 'startup' tab, there's alot of the .exe programs that i just don't understand if i need them or not. The IMJPMIG.exe is the 1st of many that i don't know. What do i need on startup?

Can anyone help me pls? Here's just a few of them: ImScInst, TINTSETP, admtray, AzMixerSel, qttask, ALCMTR & it goes on. I daredn't uncheck any of the boxes yet til i know what i'm doing.
