ITV iplayer is saying i have an Ad Blocker on my laptop. I have never downloaded an ad blocker so how can i remove this?

I have been using itv player for years without a problem, i used it last night. i log on today and it says i have an ad blocker despite the laptop being off all day. I havent downloaded it myself so i dont know where it has come from or how to get rid on it, i have tried the following:

Browser Settings

Manage Browser Add Ons

Programs

Manage Add ons

Toolbars and extensions

 

BUT there is no AD BLOCKER lister.... VERY frustrating, so please help if you know where i can find this ad blocker?
