Remove the icon of stick figure with arms raised, within a black circle

Question

The icon is white background with a black stick figure, arms raised shoulder height; he is in a circle.  This has a popup window when hit with black background and white items~ volume down, volume up, power, home, and pinch; I want to DELETE this!
