how do i refresh my browser for android?

How do i refresh browser for android? I've been trying to get a new password for over a day & i cant get one. I did at one point have google representative call me & told me with all these problem's i may have to reset my phone. I would have done it but dont want to lose photos & contacts, plus now i can't access gmail for instructions he emailed me! I'm really tired of Google's lack of support! Why should i fix they're problems?
