How to transfer a Kindle folder to a new Kindle

I have a Kindle eReader.  In that Kindle I have created a folder that contains all the books that I have FINISHED reading.  There are several hundred of them.  I am about to purchase a NEW Kindle.  I don't want to have to go through a thousand books in the Kindle library and try to figure out which ones I have already read.  I want to COPY the entire FINISHED folder to the new Kindle.

How do I do that?
