I need URL but the banner is in HTML. How to extract URL from HTML

Please help me. I have to advertise via media buying, but it is not possible to give them HTML code for the banner. They asked me to upload the image and to provide URL for that image. As this is affiliate link in that HTML code I have to extract somehow URL with my aff ID included. Any help please?
