Windows Live Mail: How can I make embedded graphics be included in place when I forward email?

Windows Live Mail takes the embedded graphics out of mail I want to forward.  How can I keep them included and in place? Obviously some email clients allow the graphics to be included, so if WLM can not be configured to do that, which ones will?   So annoying.  It used to work before WLM upgraded
