I have a 2011 13" Macbook Pro that I am looking to upgrade to 8GB of RAM and upgrade my hard drive to the largest and fastest hard drive I can without over heating my computer. Which parts would be best for this?

Any 2.5" SATA 3 7200 RPM hard drive will do. They can go as high as 1TB.

As for the RAM, go to crucial.com website and see what RAM type and capacities you can use on your laptop:http://www.crucial.com/index.aspx
