how do I open an iPad video email on Android:click attachment, screen freezes, lose entire email

Not tech savvy; please help me. I keep missing email videos on my android phone from iPad users. Email message and who sent it;shows up on the pull down screen:I click on "attachments to see video, screen freezes and gets dull then I lose the email and video. . I have no clue.
