Minami LTV-22M TV keeps burning out even after i replace capacitor and rewire inverter.

Minami LTV-22M TV keeps burning out even after i replace capacitor and rewire inverter. What else am I missing or why is it doing this? I even plug it into 110V instead of 220v. Replaced twice already. Once lasting 15 months second time 4 months. Now burning out as soon as replaced(within 5 minutes).
