help me fix no external storage available in jelly bean 4.2.2

B4 problem exists..camera working...hd player can be view or the gallery..without the use of sd card! .after I download some apps...the problem starts..camera says insert sd card to use camera and gAllery says no external storage avaikable....help me please.....do factory reset...delete all the pics...clear cache..problem still exists
