I have just taken delivery of a 'digisender' to convert my Tv to a smart TV and I'm having installation problems. I've e- mailed the manufacturer at: [email protected] for technical help, but so far no response. The model is: DGTVSM202 and the problem is as follows: At this moment my 'digisender' is connected and my TV is displaying the 'settings' screen which is asking me to 'add network' and to enter 'network SSID' ( is this the same as my wireless network password?- if so, I already entered this previously as part of the set up instructions. I 'm not all that technically savvy, and I don't know what this means but at the top of my TV screen is displayed TALKTALK4FODFC. This is the wireless network to which I'm connected as I'm composing this e-mail on my laptop computer. when I try to access anything from the main menu screen such as Facebook or youtube, for instance, I just get the message: 'Authentication problem' - I hope someone out there can help me with this so that I can get this gadget working!
