Can you help me create and promote my fundraisers?

I am Samuel Mankponsè ABRAHAM from Benin. I want to create Fundraisers for myself, for my Company , For my Church and for the NGO I am leading as President Founder.  I already tried to create one for myself and I want to all the remaining ones by the end of January 2014. No matter what the topic may be, on which Web sites can I create them? How to Write each of them depending on the subject  and how to promote them/ how can I share them to donors in order to get funds quickly? How to get donors especially individual donors' e-mails?
