theres always a pop message in my destop saying " you may be a victim of software counterfeiting", what would i do?

Re=enter your valid license key for your Windows version. Click Start -> Right Click Computer and choose Properties. Down towards the bottom of the window there will be an option to "Change Product Key" or perhaps "Activate Windows". Click that and follow the instructions. Again, you must have a vallid MS license key for that version of Winodws.
